An advocate for underserved youth, a teacher at heart, and a stand-up comedian by craft, Dante Plush is dedicated to combating the countless barriers that underserved students face to getting a quality education and making people laugh along the way. Currently, Plush serves as the [redacted], empowering young people across the country to take action on important social issues through civic engagement and grassroots organizing. Outside of his work as an executive director, Plush engages students across the country in community walkthroughs and interactive workshops that are designed to provide young people with the knowledge and tools necessary to advocate for themselves in order to make the changes in the world that they’d like to see. He has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Pace University, was the recipient of the Ainsley Adams Memorial Award in 2023, and is a member of the junior board for the Renaissance Youth Center.
